三、搪瓷反应釜安装注意事项
1)设备安装前必须检查各部件是否齐全,规格型号是否匹配,如有缺损应当通知供应商给予服务。
2)安装过程中应当谨慎装吊和搬运,严禁使用撬棍、铁锤等直接接触碰撞搪瓷件,以免搪瓷衬里损伤。
3)设备在吊装过程中只能使用的支座、吊环受力,不允许接管、卡子、管口等薄弱部件受力,要轻起轻放以免镇碰,更不得锤击罐体。
4)安装前应将设设备搪瓷表面用水清洗干净,穿洁净胶鞋入内查看玻璃衬里是否完好。
5)设备法兰及接管部位的紧固,应遵循化工容器安装原则,要求对称、均匀地逐渐紧固,以免因局部受力过大导致搪瓷面的损坏。在拆卸过程中如发现垫片失去弹性应及时更换。
6)设备的卡子是主要受压元件之一,在安装过程中除要求其受力均匀外,还应保证其质量和数量,切不可带残或减量安装。
7)反应灌上装设的视镜玻璃是一种脆性材料,安装时除保证均匀紧固外,压紧力不宜过大。如局部泄露应加塞偏垫,避免局部受力过大发生碎裂。
8)搪瓷反应釜搅拌器的安装。安装搅拌前先在釜盖中空上面安装搅拌器密封轴套,搅拌轴套平面一定要于地面水平,否则在运转中会影响搅拌的平衡度,导致反应釜整体振动。再安装减速设备,注意保持密封轴套和减速设备各个螺栓为松弛状态。之后安装搅拌,安装时应注意装配防松销或防松螺母等防松件,并检查搅拌器的旋转方向是否与图示方向一致,以免运转时搅拌器反转脱落而砸坏衬里。
9)如在搪瓷反应釜上设置金属构件,只允许在夹套等非搪瓷件外表面施焊,焊接时速度要快,并采取相应的冷却措施,若在管口、入口、法兰附近施焊应严密覆盖各个管口,以免焊渣飞溅损伤搪瓷面。
10)设备安装完毕后,应对各种部件及罐内仔细检查,确认无误后方可进行空试转。试转时应当保持基本按顺时针方向转动,不得逆时针运行!
四、搪瓷反应釜的安装步骤
1)根据反应釜的外径及挂耳设计、制作工作台,台板上开有比反应釜外径稍大些的孔。工作台可以分层,反应釜减速机顶部层面可以开孔、架设钢架横梁,以方便起吊减速机、反应釜等设备。
2)准备好三脚架、横梁、葫芦,用叉车或吊车将反应釜釜身举向工作台,再用三脚架、横梁、葫芦吊装入工作台孔中,将反应釜釜身挂在孔内,调整挂耳高低,保持釜口法兰对径水平。
3)将釜底垫入泡沫、地毯等物,将搪瓷搅拌器放入,并在搅拌器叶轮上,对称扣两根较粗的棉绳(打活结扣牢),棉绳长度不釜体稍长。一般不要急于取去搅拌轴上面的草绳,防止搅拌在安装过程中掉落釜底而碰击瓷面。
4)将搅拌放入釜内扶正,垂直于地面。在搅拌的上端于釜盖中孔接触处缠上毛巾、胶皮等软物,防止搅拌于釜盖中孔相碰而损坏搪瓷。
5)在锅口上面安放好石棉包四氟密封垫圈,把釜盖挂掉在锅口上,搅拌的上端从釜盖的中孔穿出,慢慢放下锅盖,并调整石棉包四氟垫圈、锅盖的位置,缓缓压紧,保持密封垫圈平整。
6)安装反应釜卡子,采用对称缓压法,由两名操作员分别位于反应釜的两侧,使用基本相当的紧固压力进行。
7)用铁钩将缠绕搅拌的两根绳子分别从釜盖上对称的两个孔取出。
8)将配套机械密封箱拆解,机封静止轴套与动环、密封瓷环、固定调节环分开,并对称紧固机封坐上的密封压板。在釜盖中心孔上面垫入石棉包四氟密封垫圈,将机封静止轴套套入搅拌轴,用配套活套法兰对夹机封法兰,调整机封的平衡,预固机封坐,保持密封轴套冷却进水口向减速机机架的空旷方向,并保持各个螺丝为松动状态。将密封垫圈及动环、紧固调节压环依次套入搅拌轴。
9)在减速机延长轴上面套入搅拌防松螺母,用胶带或绳子扣住,不让其掉下。将减速装置吊挂在釜盖上空,缓慢降入至反应釜釜盖上面的减速机固定支点,调整位置,固定减速机机架,并保持螺栓为松动状态。
10)由1-2人进入反应釜中,垂直上托搅拌轴,外面由2人对称缓缓拉动紧扣搅拌的两根绳子,使搅拌缓缓上升至于减速机延长轴接触处,继续上升搅拌器,使搅拌轴螺纹于减速机延长轴螺丝紧紧接触。拆开电机风叶罩壳,手工按逆时针方向转动电机风叶,使得减速机轴按顺时针方向缓缓转动,接入搅拌,拧紧到位。再将防松螺母中的卡环分成两半,对卡在减速机轴上的卡槽中,将防松螺母反扣,拧紧在搅拌轴上。最后安装好电机风叶罩壳。
11)调整机封位置,对称法拧紧机封座上的螺丝。拧紧紧固调节压环两侧的螺钉,紧固调节压环。将紧固调节压环上面的调节螺钉缓缓对称下压紧固动环,压实整个密封装置。
12)松解紧扣搅拌器的绳子,清理反应釜内的杂物,并清洗反应釜。
13)安装反应釜控制柜,连接减速机电机、调速器、加热器、温控表等设备。
14)检查减速机油面,增补润滑油以后启动电源开关,调试反应釜减速装置,不得反向运行,空转磨合2小时左右。
15)安装温度计保护管、密封盲板、管道等配件,在釜盖管口和配件管口之间加上石棉包四氟垫圈,采用活套法兰与配件管口法兰对夹即可密封,同时配置温度表、压力表等计量仪表。
16)安装夹套蒸汽进出管或冷却液进出管等各部分的管道及泵阀,同时配置温度表、压力表等计量仪表。
17)安装手动或自动化搪瓷出料阀,在放料口釜底管口之间加上石棉包四氟垫圈,采用活套法兰与放料阀法兰对夹即可。如果采用自动化搪瓷放料阀,还须安装空压机、气路、电磁阀、电路及开关等控制设备。
18)向压力容器施压调试。向汽热夹套施压小于0.6Mp的压力,保证各部分管口严密;向釜内施加小于0.4Mp的压力,保证各部分管口严密;或抽取釜内大于-0.098Mp的真空,保证各部分管口严密。
18)全部安装调试结束后,再次清洗反应釜及各部分管道,投料使用。

五、搪瓷反应釜使用过程中注意事项
1)设备加入物料不应超过公称容量,也不允许加入少量物料或空罐加热。物料加入设备内应严防夹带块状金属或杂物,对于大块硬质物料粉碎后加入。尽量减小物料与罐壁之间的温差,避免冷罐加热或热罐加冷料。
2)使用带夹套的搪瓷反应釜时,加热或冷却要缓慢进行,采用蒸汽加热时,夹套内先通入0.1Mpa的蒸汽保持15min再升压,直至升到操作 压力,但不得超过设计压力。
3)搪瓷反应釜在设计压力下的工作温度范围为0~200°。
4)避免使用铁棒、铁铲在设备内搅拌,如确实需要,可用木棒、竹条进行操作。
5)搪瓷反应釜内的带翼温度计套,可根据工艺需要在0~90°范围内调整于任意角度,以得到不同阻力,调整角度应在停机状态下进行。
6)机械密封腔内的润滑液(密封液)应保证清洁,不得夹带固体颗粒。
7)严防任何金属硬物掉进罐内,碰伤搪玻璃面。
8)如出料阀堵塞或罐壁粘附物料,切不可使用金属工具,一律用非金属器具轻轻捅刮,以免损坏搪玻璃表面。
9)严防酸液进入夹套内,防止搪玻璃层金属吸氢反应,引起玻璃层磷爆。
六、搪瓷反应釜的维护与保养
1)建立设备使用与维护制度,确保设备正常运转。
2)经常检查搪瓷衬里、传动部件、密封情况是否正常,若发现异常应及时处理。
3)搪瓷表面粘附的物料若需清楚,应用木、竹、塑料等非金属器具进行清楚,严禁使用金属器具。
4)经常加注传动部件、放料阀丝杆润滑液,保证其良好运行。
5)设备应保持清洁,夹套中的污物和氧化铁影响传热效果,最好每月清洗一次。
6)夹套内若使用除垢剂时,应在短时间内完成,然后用清水对夹套内反复冲洗。
7)卸搅拌器是先检查主轴上的防松螺母是否稳妥,同时用软物垫在搅拌器下面,直接触及到搅拌器,然后再卸联轴器、密封装然后再卸。
